what makes me tick

Brandan Johnson arrived in Hamilton 25 years ago when his family moved here from Toronto so his father could take a job at McMaster University.

Brandan attended Westdale Secondary School and while there took all the shop classes he could as he found that he both enjoyed a mix of manual labour and solving problems.

From here Brandan attended the Plumbing Apprentice program and again enjoyed and excelled in his program.

After he finished his apprenticeship he decided that he would like to start his own business instead of working for someone else so attended the entrepreneurship program directly afterwards.

Brandan then felt he was both well versed in his trade and running a business so then he put both his practical and theoretical knowledge to work and started his business 10 years ago.

Brandan from the beginning wanted to leave his mark on the plumbing industry by being the exact opposite to the typical descriptions that people give to plumbers. Time and time again Brandan has seen the transformation of the demeanour of a hesitant potential customer through to a completely satisfied customer after he has completed the project. This is his greatest joy in the job and what motivates him to strive for excellence in every aspect of his work.
